Write to us
The two of us read this inbox ourselves. We usually reply within one business day, and always within two.
Orders
Orders leave Mareeba on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Free shipping within Australia over $150; otherwise calculated at checkout. We ship to Australia and New Zealand.
If something arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, tell us and we will sort it. Our returns policy and shipping policy have the detail.
Before you write
If your question is about how to use a product, how long it takes, or whether it will suit you, the answer is very likely already on the product page or in the Journal — we wrote both so you would not have to ask. But if it is not there, ask. We would rather answer than have you guess.
Where we are
Mareeba, Far North Queensland, Australia.
